After
player evaluations, each player will be drafted by a divisional
coach. The number of drafted players is limited by the number
of available coaches.
The
Divisional program was put into place to allow players to grow at
their own pace, while providing a competitive component (the 5th
Period) for the exceptional players who enjoy a higher level of
competition.
Every
player must play one full continuous period in each half . Also,
each player must sit out one full continuous period before the start
of the 5th period, as not to play the entire game. All team and
player participation must be fulfilled by the end of the 4th period.
Players may not play four consecutive periods before start of the
5th period.
A
5th period was added to enhance divisional play. This competitive
component was added to provide an environment for growth.
